I’ll be making visual images of YOUR Inner Critic and YOUR Essential Self — created just for you, based on details you share with me ahead of time.

Then we’ll have a gathering to explore together what emerges.

The harsh voice who tells you you’re not doing enough and have made too many mistakes… That’s your Inner Critic. An overprotective guardian who got a little too loud trying to keep you safe.

And that part of you that just wants to play, create, and be loved for who you are? That’s your Essential Self. Your original, pure spirit before the world told you who to be.

When you can actually see these parts — not just read about them in a self-help book — something shifts inside of you and will never be the same.

It’s like turning on a light in a dark room. The shadows aren’t as scary once you can see what they actually are.

It stops being a vague concept floating around in your head and becomes a relationship you can nurture.

When you catch your mind in the same old patterns of beating yourself up, or worrying about the future…

You’re able to step out of the battle. Your anxiety, depression, or self-criticism isn’t a monster to fight or an authority to obey.
