Journey into Sacred Rage, Sadness, Joy (coming soon)

This is a safe container curated for us to journey into the full range of human emotion

using ritual, music, movement, meditation and embodiment exercises.

The invitation is to allow yourself to be guided to be present

with intense emotion in your body and let it move through you in a safe space.

Tears are welcome, screams are welcome, laughter is welcome.

They are considered sacred messengers of your life force energy.

Please bring water and journal.
