About this Event
Journey into Power with Baptiste style yoga.
Each week will focus on a different theme, enabling you to journey into the highest version of yourself- physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
You will also learn a Baptiste inspired flow sequence that you can incorporate into your daily practice, wherever you go!
This eight-week journey begins Monday, October 7 and continues weekly, on Monday, through November 25.
All genders are welcome. Mats and props are available.

Krista began practicing yoga over 20 years ago. She retained her RYT 200 from Real Hot Yoga in 2017, with a focus in Baptiste style yoga. She taught at all of the local studios until going private in 2020. www.allpointswhole.org
