The Oregon DEC is an all-volunteer 501(c)3 that brings together experienced international business people who provide guidance and assistance to companies seeking to expand international sales. The Council works with the local U.S. Commercial Service in Portland to support export growth in the Oregon/SW Washington region, and is part of the National Association of District Export Councils with some 60 councils across the country.
