We begin with cacao to open the heart + ground the body. The first half of class focuses on powerful nervous system exercises ~ to release tension + restore balance.

Then, we move into light, slow, deep breathwork to calm anxiety, sharpen focus, and regulate the system.

You’ll be held throughout with Reiki + a soundscape designed to soothe and integrate.
