Join us for Journey Forward, a 12-week grief support group based on Dr. Alan Wolfelt's book, "Understanding Your Grief." This group is specifically for individuals grieving the loss of someone who has died. Each session will explore one of Dr. Wolfelt's Touchstones of Grief through a short educational segment, leaving plenty of time for both guided and open-ended discussion.The group is limited to 8 participants and will be closed to new members after the first session or once full. The group is free to attend. The group is located in Walla Walla, WA.
Group support isn’t for everyone; it’s for those who are ready and willing to heal and share in a healthy way that benefits both themselves and others.
