✨ Amber will begin the evening with a Yoga Nidra Meditation, In this peaceful space, the body rests while the mind journeys inward, allowing healing, release, and connection to higher consciousness. It’s a powerful practice for calming the nervous system and opening the door to intuitive insight and spiritual alignment guiding you into a state of deep relaxation and soul awareness, aligning you with your higher self.
✨ Flowing into and through this meditation and experience Brittany will channel in the sacred connection to the Akashic Records. channeling in the sacred messages from spirit, your guides, ancestors, past loved ones, or whomever is meant for this circle of love and light.
