Are you interested in following your own journey of connection by exploring your own ancestral roots through drumming, walking the Medicine Wheel, storytelling and honouring Mother Earth?Shamanic drumming is a wonderful way to connect with Spirit and the Oneness of all living beings. Many cultures practice drumming as a sacred way to connect with their own Spirit, Ancestors and Mother Earth and heal themselves and others on a physical, spiritual and emotional level. The Medicine Wheel guides this journey and our connection to Mother Earth and all living beings.
We are offering a six-week journey of discovery to learn the basics of drumming and the meaning of the Medicine Wheel. We will explore through songs, storytelling, meditations and journeying, share traditional shamanic and cultural knowledge and learn from each other.
We will hold a safe space for your journey of learning and self- discovery.
When: starting Sunday, 23 February 2025, weekly for 6 weeks
(no Journey on 9th March due to Shamanic Drum Making Retreat)
Time: 3-5pm
Location: The Ger, Penna
Cost: $180
Shamanic drums will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own if you have one.
If you would like to make your own, please ask us about our Drum making workshops.
Bring some warm socks or your slippers to ensure you are comfy.
