In this session we will be using Journey work techniques to connect with ourselves. We establish a “temple of the self’ as a launching spot and travel into the inner depths of our spirit. Insessions we can perform shadow work to connect with a shadow side as well as lifted ourselves to heights to connect with our higher selves in an attempt to join with them, heal, and become a more balanced individual. Sessions are conducted with either live drumming or prerecorded Trance Journey music.
