In the spirit of Autumn, we’re rescheduling the event and adjusting 🍂✨ Autumn invites us to slow down, reflect, and embrace the beauty of change.
After the warm response to our first gathering, Kayla and Rachel, co-authors of Highly Sensitivitea Journal, are delighted to host another evening of reflection, creativity, and connection in just 3 WEEKS.
We’ll begin by grounding into the season with a calming guided meditation, then flow into intentional journaling exercises—exploring the colors, lessons, and shifts that fall stirs within us. 🍁🍵
