Get ready to explore the power of journaling for your mental health and wellbeing in this interactive session through gentle guidance.
About this Event

Do you ever feel like life’s rushing by and you barely get a moment to breathe, let alone reflect? This gentle journaling session is your invitation to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what really matters.

Journaling is a powerful tool for self-care, clarity, and calm. It helps you process thoughts, ease stress, and reconnect with your inner voice. In this session, you’ll be gently guided through simple journaling prompts.

For this session we will be focusing on our energy and how to flow with the shift in season and shorter days. Reflecting on things like...

🌿 What lights you up?

🌿 How can you ignite your own inner flame?

🌿 How can you honour your own energy during Autumn and Winter?

What you’ll experience:

  • A warm, friendly and reflective space (there will be no pressure to share, just a quiet space to be)
  • A gentle guided meditation to start
  • A supported introduction to journaling with simple prompts and suggestions
  • Time to pause, breathe, and tune into what feels good in your life
  • A deeper connection to yourself and your needs
  • A sense of calm, clarity and emotional awareness to take back into your day

Whether you’re completely new to journaling or have dabbled before, this is a beautiful way to begin (or return).

What to bring:
  • A notebook or journal and pen (this is optional; pens and paper will be provided if needed)
  • An open heart and mind, and a willingness to explore gently

What my clients have said about journaling:

“Journaling helped me get out of my busy head!”

”I’ve never done it before but Dani created such a safe and supportive space.”

“I didn’t expect to feel so calm after just writing a few things down.”

“It gave me space to realise what I really want and need right now.”

♥️ You don’t have to have the answers, and there’s no ‘right’ or ‘wrong.’ Just come with an open mind and the curiosity to explore.

Come and join us for a gentle hour of stillness, reflection, and self-discovery.

We’d love to welcome you.
