About this Event
This journalling session aims to provide a safe space to connect with others and practise some self-care. We will do some breathing exercises, some short reading, a series of journalling techniques, set goals, and discuss and share any thoughts or ideas. You can of course share as much or as little as you would like to. If you are wanting to make friends, learn some coping techniques to improve anxiety, address low self-esteem, or just build some confidence, this a great session to be a part of.
About the facilitatorHi there, my name is Elisha Onuora and I am a Health and Wellbeing Coach for the NHS and Southern Brooks. Many people access my coaching sessions to discuss anxiety and low self-esteem. I would like to continue to share some helpful tools and resources for this.
