About this Event
Welcome to Journaling for Beginners!
Join us for a 5-week class geared towards helping you find a community of like-minded people who also want to start a new skill.
Learn new ways to engage the age-old practice of journaling.
Journaling has multiple emotional and psychological benefits such as helping you clear your mind, creatively hold memories, and seek a healthy way to express all the feels, and much more!
Starting September 11,2025, join us Thursdays evenings from 6:30pm to 8:00pm. The class will run for five weeks with the last session October 9.
The class will be hosted by Jennifer Callahan, author of the guided journal, "Live in Love."
There is a one-time $20 fee to join the class; this helps us cover supplies and space usage.
