Journal your way through the holidays
Dealing with the holiday season can be stressful, but especially so for those battling cancer. Journaling can help manage and clarify a wide range of emotions during stressful times. In these free, in person workshops, you will be able to express yourself through writing, while meeting others undergoing their own treatment journey. Please bring your loved ones and join us this holiday season to destress and find support through journaling!
No previous writing experience needed.

Location: You will enter the building on the 2nd floor. Take the elevators down to the 1st floor, then follow the signs along the walls to the correct room.
