Join us for conversation and connection as we journal in nature. Self-reflective journal prompts are provided. Prompts are tailored to help you dive deep into what success looks like for you. Allowing you to let go of goals and expectations that no longer serve you and lead a more fulfilling life.
Afterward, we will take a walk around the park. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
Things to bring:
- A blanket or chair
- A journal and writing utensil
- Sunblock and bug spray
- Snacks/Water

Location: Lake Parker Park
- Enter through the Gate # 1 entrance.
-Follow the road towards the left and go to the back parking lot.
We will be in the open field behind the parking lot.
