About this Event
Join the Woonasquatucket River Watershed Council (WRWC) for a community clean day and end-of-season gathering in the Joslin Community Garden. We will be preparing the garden for the winter: helping gardeners clear out their plots, weeding communal areas, and laying down cardboard and mulch on the garden paths. We'll also be planting bulbs (thank you BloomRI for providing the bulbs!) along the outside of the garden fence to beautify the garden and the park. We'll offer some snacks and light refreshments. Garden tools and gloves provided.
Open to all ages, and this event is accessible to English and Spanish speakers.
Pre-registration is encouraged, and if you sign up online you can skip filling out our waiver on the day of the event!
