Tour-de-force pianist Joshua Bowlus honors Chick Corea (1941-2021) with a full night of the legend’s best songs. “I love Chick’s melodicism, both in his compositions and improvisations,” Bowlus says. “He seemed so open, warm, creative, always curious to find new sounds and melodies.” While staying true to Corea’s legacy, Bowlus brings a high degree of band interplay and improvisation to stage.
