Originally from Louisiana and now based in Duluth, MN, Josh White is an American singer, multi-instrumentalist, and music producer. He’s been singing as long as he can remember—writing his first a cappella song at just eight years old, picking up the drums at ten, and learning guitar by fifteen.
Josh spent seven years as the frontman for the Duluth rock group Malec before forming the alt-country trio Brown & White and later The Josh White Band. These days, his focus is on solo shows and duo performances.
Josh’s setlist covers everything from Garth Brooks and Chris Stapleton to Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Hootie & the Blowfish, Alice in Chains, and Nirvana. With a versatile style and a knack for reading the room, Josh tailors every show to the crowd in front of him.
