He’s been singing since probably before he was born but he officially wrote his first a Capella song at just 8 years old, started playing the drums at 10 and got his first guitar at the age of 15.
As the front man for the Duluth rock group “Malec”, Josh spent 7 years singing rock/metal music before he later formed Brown & White, an alt country trio and The Josh White Ban. Today, his solo performances are his main project.
His range of music spans from Garth Brooks and Chris Stapleton to Kenny Wayne Shepard, Hootie and the Blowfish, to Alice in Chains and Nirvana. As a solo artist with the ability to sing songs from a variety of genres, he performs the music that the audience in front of him wants to hear.
