Presented in English and ASL, this show follows Joseph, the favored son. Betrayed and sold into slavery by his brothers, he gains favor with Egyptian noble Potiphar but is imprisoned after rejecting Potiphar’s wife. In jail, Joseph discovers his gift for interpreting dreams, which leads him to the Pharaoh. His predictions save Egypt from famine, elevating him to Pharaoh’s right-hand man.Every performance will be accessible and enjoyable for both Deaf/Hard of Hearing and Hearing audiences. The actors onstage will perform the entire show using both spoken English and American Sign Language (ASL) through singing and/or signing.
