Visit tropical Rio, home of samba and one of the world's most beautiful cities, with tour leader Jorge Alabê.
The trip includes visits to rehearsals at some of the top samba schools of Rio at their peak as they prepare for Carnaval.
There is also a special opportunity to join Jorge in visiting the original Candomble house where he started his life in the tradition.
The famous stunning beaches, cultural sites, and music are all waiting for you to enjoy, together with a small group of travelers, hosted by master percussionist and proud Carioca Jorge Alabê.
Tour dates:
Depart U.S. Jan. 22, arrive in Rio Jan. 23
Depart Rio Feb 1, arrive in U.S. Feb 2

* Shared rooms in apartment in Copacabana (4–5 people per apt), 1 block from the beach
