It’s home to the famed archaeological site of Petra, the Nabatean capital dating to around 300 B.C. Set in a narrow valley with tombs, temples and monuments carved into the surrounding pink sandstone cliffs, Petra earns its nickname, the "Rose City."

🪧 ITINERARY AND TOUR DAY BY DAY:
Day 1: Friday, April 18, 2025 BEIRUT / Q.A.I Airport – Madaba – Mount Nebo – PETRA
Departure from the airport of Beirut to the airport of Jordan Queen Alia International Airport. Meet & assist you by our representative and transfer by air-conditioned vehicle to visit Madaba, home of the most famous Byzantine mosaics. Visit the greatest and most significant of all the city’s treasures, the wonderful mosaic map of ancient Palestine, which is located on the floor of the Greek Orthodox Church of St. George.
Proceed to Mount Nebo, which dates back to the time of the Prophet Moses, around the 12th century BC. It is believed to be the site of the Prophet’s burial place and the point from where he viewed the “Promised Land”. Visit the remains of the mosaic floors with stunning designs that feature hunting and pastoral scenes, found in the small church, built by the early Christians in the 4th century AD. Continue to your hotel in Petra. Overnight in Petra.
Day 2: Saturday, April 19, 2025 PETRA - WADY RUM - 4WD TOUR
Fuel up with breakfast before embarking on an exploration of Petra, the 'Rose Red City' of the Nabataeans. Immerse yourself in its captivating rock-carved structures, tombs, and ancient charm.
The legendary "Rose Red City" of the Nabataeans or sometimes known as “The Lost City” (9 B.C. to 40 A.D.), a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the New 7 World Wonders. This tour involves approximately 7 to 8 kilometers of walking over uneven terrain, with the same route in and out. The seven-kilometer walk can also be covered in the Nabataea fashion on a Horses back (Start the tour on horse-back till the Dam area). There will be two hike levels in Petra. The easy level: hike around Petra. The advanced level: a quick visit to the sites then straight to the top of the mountain to see the steep valley of Araba, the old city and the ‘Khazneh”.
Legend has it that Petra, hidden deep within a dramatic gorge, was crafted by magic. This ancient city is an unparalleled wonder of the Middle East, featuring elaborate rock-carved buildings and tombs that pay homage to a long-lost civilization. Get ready for an unforgettable journey into history.
After Petra, venture on a 1.5-hour drive to Wadi Rum one of the world’s most colorful and unique landscapes of desert and mountain scenery, experiencing the timeless and mesmerizing desert landscape. Tour through Wadi Rum colored sands by Bedouin four-wheel drive vehicles for two hours. Check in at Wadi Rum Camp, savor dinner, and enjoy an overnight stay under the desert stars.

Day 3: Sunday, April 20, 2025 WADI RUM - WADI AL MUJIB - DEAD SEA

Departure to Dead Sea, the lowest point on earth passing by Wadi Mujib to enjoy the spectacular view.
Siq Trail
Distance: 2.5 km
Length: 1.5-3 hours
A self-guided hike on the Siq Trail: 2-3 hours of climbing, splashing, hiking, sliding, and jumping through a stunning gorge!
Follow the course of the river between towering sandstone cliffs to the base of a large waterfall. Depending on seasonal rainfall levels, there might even be pools deep enough to swim.
The trail starts at Mujib Adventure Center to enjoy walking in the water Canyon, where you will take the cantilevered walkway and follow the course of the river between the towering sandstone cliffs to the base of a large waterfall. Depending on seasonal rainfall levels, the gorge may contain pools deep enough for swimming. This is an idea walk to take slowly and enjoy the cool water and shade, especially in the heat of summer.
This activity is only available during the summer; depending on weather conditions.
Proceed for approx. 45 minutes to Dead Sea.
Dead Sea: At the lowest spot on earth lies the Dead Sea, 400 meters below sea level. As the name suggests, the sea is devoid of life due to an extremely high content of salt and minerals. However, it is these same elements which gives the Dead Sea its curative powers. Making it the ideal place for Spas and Medical treatment. It provides the raw materials for the Dead Sea Bath Salts and Mud known worldwide.

Day 4: Monday, April 21, 2025 DEAD SEA – BABTISM SITE
Start your day with a satisfying breakfast before embarking on 30- minute journey to the Baptism Site, nestled along the Jordan Valley. This sacred location holds a rich spiritual legacy, witnessing events from Jesus' baptism to the crossings of biblical prophets. Next visit Mt Nebo where Mosses is believed to be buried. It is the most revered holy site in Jordan and a place of pilgrimage for Christians en route visit the Stunning archaeological discoveries between Jordan River and Tell al-Kharrar have identified this area as Biblical “Bethany-Beyond-the-Jordan” where John was living when he baptized Christ. St. Elijah's Hill is now the focal point of the Baptism site and is covered with remains of a Byzantine monastery with churches, large baptism pool s and water storage systems.
