TICKET DISCLAIMERS:
Grandstand Tickets (GS) are located in the West Grandstand.
Grandstand Tickets guarantee a seat for the purchased game.
General Admission (GA) Tickets do not come with a guaranteed seat.
General Admission tickets have access to the East side of the court which includes bleachers and a standing room area bar, as well as the balcony. You are not guaranteed a seat.
All General Admission seating is on a first come, first serve basis.
No refunds will be given to patrons who are unable to find a seat.
Once all seating and standing room areas are at capacity, the game will be declared a sell out and ticket sales will be stopped.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:
Patrons are not permitted to bring any basketballs into the venue.
Patrons are not permitted to bring in external food and drink.
Patrons are not permitted to bring in external alcohol.
Any alcohol purchased must be consumed at the venue and may not be taken outside of the licensed areas.
No backpacks or large bags (excluding handbags) are permitted in the venue.
Ticketing and Security Staff reserve the right to search bags.
No musical instruments or artificial noise making devices (eg. vuvuzela, drums) are permitted in the venue.
There are no pass-outs for the event. Once patrons leave the stadium, they cannot re-enter unless they have a scannable ticket. Each ticket will only scan once.
The entire venue is a licensed venue. All children must be under adult supervision at all times.
GENERAL DISCLAIMERS:
During the player introductions there will be lasers, strobes, and lighting effects used. Anyone who may suffer adverse reactions to such lighting effects is forewarned and advised to leave the immediate area during this time.
During the player introductions there will be a period of time where the lights are switched off and only ambient and surrounding lights remain on. It is advisable to remain seated or in the one spot during this time.
Throughout the game there may be periods of loud noise. This may include music, court announcers, and general crowd cheering and yelling. Anyone who may suffer adverse reactions to, or is sensitive to such noises is forewarned and advised to take the appropriate precautions – earplugs etc.
Some seats in HBF Arena have restricted or obscured viewing. The Joondalup Wolves are not liable in the event your seat view is partially blocked or obstructed.
