About this Event
Jon Wysocki benefit ride and concert at The Garage in Shortstop Bar & Grill on June 21, 2025.
Jon passed away in the summer of 2024. Born and raised in Westfield in a humble home, he was the drummer in Staind since the beginning. His unique approach to drumming was one of the many reasons for Staind's worldwide success. He was also a drummer in Soil, Save the World, and Lydia's Castle. His parents worked in the Westfield school system (Dad as an electrical instructor at the Westfield Technical Adademy, Mom as a teacher for 40 years at Juniper Park Elementary in Westfield). Proceeds will go to Jon's teenage son for his future.
The day will start with a memorial motorcycle ride (Jon was an avid biker) in the afternoon. Meeting place is at Big Y on East Silver St in Westfield at 2:00 (kickstands up at 3:00). The ride will end at Shortstop Bar & Grill. Cost for the ride is $10 per bike, payable upon arival.
A buffet will be available at Shortstop in the banquet room for riders and non-riders alike, starting at 5:00. Cost $20 at the door. A discounted buffet and show together is $35.
Concert lineup (in order of appearance, starting at 6:00):
Nick Gaw
Project 267
Dysfunction (Staind tribute)
Back in Black
$20 tickets (show only). They are expected to sell out, so buy them soon. Actual start/end time TBD. The banquet room will be open during the concert to hang out in as well.
There will be several live auctions of Jon's owned item memoriabilia throughout the night including (but not limited to) the items in the pictures here (not the motorcycle). You must be there to participate.
Special guest appearances are being worked on.
This is a 21+ event. Band lineup may change without notice (very unlikely though).
