Jon Tyler Wiley is a seasoned touring and session musician who has performed with acts like Sister Hazel, Stephen Kellogg, and Ron Holloway. As part of the MusiCorps program, he has graced prestigious stages such as The Grand Ole Opry and The Kennedy Center, sharing performances with artists like Paul Schaffer, Aloe Blacc, and John Stamos. He has also toured worldwide as a member of the Americana band Melodime.
After writing and recording his debut solo album, Wiley assembled The Virginia Choir—a group of seasoned musicians with diverse backgrounds, including collaborations with Keller Williams and the Pan American Symphony Orchestra. The band quickly gained recognition for their skilled musicianship, high-energy performances, and engaging crowd interaction. Their first single, "Laura Lee," dropped in March 2021, followed by "Strong," which received praise from Skope Magazine. Wiley’s full-length album, The Longing, was released in 2022 to critical acclaim, with additional covers and live recordings following throughout the year.
