Theme:

(Dictionary definition: the interconnectedness of social categories, such as race, gender, class, sexuality, and ability–all of which shape an individual's experiences and opportunities.)

A client may be referred to an organisation because of a single perceived need but often, while working with the client, they may have other needs that are interconnected and impacting on the individual’s potential to move into employment that also need to be addressed.

The forum will hear from a panel who will discuss approaches to supporting clients who have multiple needs.
