Join Us for a Laughter Wellness Session at High Life Highland Inverness Library!

Gone are the days when libraries were hushed sanctuaries; today, they are vibrant community hubs filled with activity and joy. As part of the Walking and Wheeling Festival 2025, we invite you to experience a unique and uplifting Laughter Wellness session designed to bring joy and well-being to all participants.

Benefits of Laughter:

Laughter is a powerful tool for enhancing both mental and physical health. Engaging in regular laughter can:

  • Boost the Immune System: Laughter increases the production of antibodies and activates immune cells, improving your body's resistance to illnesses. ​
