Have you ever wondered who you were before this lifetime?We hope you can join us for a unique and enlightening Group Past Life Regression with Clinical Hypnotherapist Cheryl Mitchell!
We'll begin with a brief educational overview of the leading theories behind past lives and reincarnation, and questions are encouraged. Then we'll journey together through a guided regression designed to access an impactful past life experience.
Whether you’re curious, seeking insight, or exploring spiritual growth, this workshop offers a safe and supportive space to uncover the deeper layers of your being.
After the guided journey, there'll be a few minutes to jot down notes about your experience, so please bring a journal or notebook. Then, as time permits, there will be time to share and reflect as a group.

About Cheryl Mitchell
The meeting will be facilitated by Cheryl Mitchell, a Certified Clinical, Transpersonal, and Interpersonal Hypnotherapist. She trained with both Hypnosis Motivation Institute in Tarzana, California and the Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy in Tampa and has operated her private hypnotherapy practice in the Tampa Bay area since 2012.
Cheryl is a member of the Theosophical Society and several organizations related to her work as a hypnotist. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Metaphysics from The American Institute of Holistic Theology in 2007 and is currently enrolled in the doctoral program at the University of Metaphysical Sciences.
She is a full-service hypnotherapist and likes to say, “If you think about it, I can help you with it,” yet her real passion is in the Transpersonal side of her work facilitating past-life regression, inter-life, and all things spiritual and other-worldly.
