Join us for a transformative 5 /3 day Mindfulness Retreat at the beautiful Gainesville Retreat Center. Nestled on 140 acres of secluded conservation land in Gainesville, Fl., this serene location provides the perfect setting to reconnect with nature and inner peace. Immerse yourself in the serene surroundings of the retreat center, offering a variety of spaces for meditation, contemplationa and reflection. There will also be time to explore the beauty of the surrounding forest refuge and enjoy rejuvenating nature walks.The retreat is led by Cindy Ricardo, LMHC, Certified Mindfulness and Piero Falci, Certified MBSR Teacher, of WB Insight Community.
During the retreat there will be periods of:
- Light instruction and guided meditations
- Seated and walking meditations in Noble Silence
- Wisdom talks on the practice of mindfulness
- Peer Support meetings (where you are invited to make comments, share insights or ask questions related to the practice).
Pricing for the retreat is as follows:
5 Day Residential Rate-Private Room/Shared Bath: $985 per person - This includes accommodations, all vegetarian meals, snacks and meals, and all retreat activities.
3 Day Residential Rate - Private Rm/Shared Bath: $685 per person (includes all of above and days are from May 30th to June 1st.)
5 Day Residential Rate-Shared Room and Bath: $885 per person - This includes accommodations, all vegetarian meals, snacks and meals, and all retreat activities.
3 Day Residential Rate-Shared Room and Bath: $585per person - This includes accommodations, all vegetarian meals, snacks and meals, and all retreat activities.
Commuter Rate: $485 for 3 days and $685 for 5 days- rate is per person - Includes all of the above with the exception of accommodations.
