About this Event
Many of you know that my lovely wife and Craft Creamery’s Chief Tasting Officer, Kim Kaase, is a brilliant business coach. She calls herself ‘unconventional’ - mostly because, while there is some strategy and staff relationship stuff involved her work, she mostly focuses on what your unique gift is and how you bring that into the world through your business.
A few weeks ago, she asked a very simple question: “How many restaurants that hold Michelin Stars have worked in the kitchens of? Either as an employee or stagiaire.” The number, 21, was quite surprising to both of us. We have been talking since the beginning of Craft Creamery about doing a wine dinner and now it is time!
