We’re gathering in San Diego the night before ICF Converge (23-25 October at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront Hotel) - for an Erickson Coaches Social that brings together our global community for connection, conversation, and a warm West Coast welcome.

Whether you’re traveling from across the globe or just across town, this is your space to reconnect, catch up, and share in the energy of what’s ahead.

• A relaxed and welcoming atmosphere with light refreshments
• A chance to meet Erickson coaches, alumni, and friends from around the world
• Informal networking, shared stories, and updates from the Erickson team
• Light snacks are on us – drinks available at the bar
• Hosted by Faculty Lead, Richard Hyams, and Erickson's Head of Marketing, Frances Litten

Can I come if I’m not attending Converge?
Yes! This gathering is open to all Erickson coaches, students, and coaching-curious guests who want to be part of the community - whether or not you’re joining the ICF conference.
