🌸AN INVITATION FOR WOMEN TO JOIN OUR CIRLCE 🌸💫Calling all Women to come together monthly in Circle.
💫The circles offers the opportunity to take a step back from everyday life into an altogether different space. Together we grow, connect and lift each other up
💫Circle is a gathering of women who sit together in a safe, nurturing, supportive space to share their stories. The circle symbolizes wholeness and unity. It’s a time to give a voice to whatever arises in the moment. This experience is deeply nourishing and cathartic.
💫In our daily lives, we often talk about very surface level matters. Being in Circle provides a space where we can freely and safely express anything you feel needs to be voiced. Whether it is a joyous story or one of grief and trauma, there is no therapy or advice offered-just the deeply healing act of speaking what has been kept inside and often hidden out of fear of not being accepted, judged or ridiculed.
💫Circle offers a compassionate, non judgemental, and confidential environment where we can be seen and heard as our true, authentic selves. Being supported in this way can be incredibly liberating, helping you to reconnect with your own inner guidance and wisdom. We see our own dreams, fears,experiences and hopes reflected in one another, finding comfort in the words of others.
💫We will begin with a short introduction and guided meditation to anchor us in the collective. From there, we are free to share whatever needs to be said, or simply sit in silence and bear witness to others. All expressions are welcome.
💫Please bring anything you need for your comfort, be it warm socks, cushion or a sheepskin to sit on, a blanket.
💫This is a free event. I only ask, where possible, for you to offer a very small donation to cover the cost of the room.🙏🏽
