You will begin your sound journey with a guided meditation to release the mind chatter as you go deeper into a relaxed state.
Then, Kimberly takes you on a one-hour journey thru different soundscapes where waves upon waves of high vibrational instruments wash over your body allowing fear, anxiety, stress and trauma to release from the central nervous system and other places they are stored in the body including your trillions of cells.
You will experience both the beautiful sounds of Kimberly's instruments and feel their vibrations move through you too. These include Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls, Crystal Pyramids, Gongs, Chimes, Bells, Drums and more.
