Join IndyNAWIC at Poynter Sheet Metal to learn more about Johnson County's future development! Johnson County is a growing and dynamic community, just south of Indianapolis. With a new interstate connection on the west side of the county with I-69 and I-65 which connects major ports across the US, Johnson County is certainly connected!
Please join us to learn more about how Johnson County is connecting to new opportunities in talent and project attraction along the Innovation Corridor, connecting their K-12 students to work-based learning through their School to Work program and connecting existing businesses with the resources they need to stay and grow within Johnson County.

Amanda Rubadue | Vice President of Economic Development
Amanda Rubadue works closely with companies, site selectors, and state/regional economic development organizations to attract new jobs and investment to Johnson County, Indiana. She also assists existing companies in Johnson County get connected to resources with the goal of keeping them, and helping them to grow, within the county. She holds the Certified Economic Developer designation through the International Economic Development Council and graduated from University of Indianapolis. She volunteers as a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana. She is also a regular volunteer at the By Tavi Boutique, a fair trade clothing company in downtown Franklin, Indiana and regular fundraiser for anti-human trafficking organizations such as the Dressember Foundation and Center for Global Impact. Before coming to Aspire, Amanda worked as the Economic Development Director for the City of Westfield. She was a founding member of the Women of Westfield networking group and an alumni and curriculum committee member for Hamilton County Leadership Academy.
