Come ride the Ridenour Lake trails with us in Nitro, WV on Sunday, Mary 4th, at 2:00pm for our monthly mountain bike ride. We will ride the first Sunday of the month of May so as not to interfere with Mother's Day on our usual day of the 2nd Sunday of the month. The ride starts from the trailhead beside the pump track.Helmets are required. You must sign a waiver to participate. Bike with 2" wide tires or wider and front suspension recommended. Hybrid, road, and gravel bikes are not suitable for these trails.
