Delmark recording artist Johnny Burgin is a tireless road warrior, performing almost 200 nights a year in the US, Mexico, Europe & Japan with his stinging guitar grooves. Blues fans know him not only from his own releases, but his history of recording and working with artists such as Charlie Musselwhite, Paul DeLay, Tail Dragger, Billy Boy Arnold and Say Lay. Johnny will have an all-star band of noted DC based harp player and singer Bruce Ewan, Nighthawks drummer Mark Stutso, and DC's Sol Roots jumping in on bass! Johnny was nominated for a Best Traditional Blues Artist BMA in '23 and for Blues Blast Awards in '22 and '24.
