Aurora Cultural Centre celebrates 15 years of stimulating the concert calendar! Back by popular demand, we are thrilled to present legendary piano man John Sheard, who toured with Stuart McLean’s Vinyl Café and charmed Aurora audiences for years with nostalgia, harmony and special guests. Included in this session are favourite performers from past Sheard shows, including Mia Sheard, David Celia, Steve Briggs, Dennis Pendrith, and Ryan Granville-Martin. The Beatles song catalogue is the hymn book of a generation, familiar to all and such a great way to look back at the impact of music at the ACC. We’re delighted to welcome back John and friends to help us mark this occasion.
But there’s more! This 15th anniversary shindig includes a very special Silent Auction in the lobby and Great Hall featuring artwork from artists and artist-educators who have been with us all along the journey. We invite you to support the Centre and these artists with an opportunity to bid and take home a piece of your own. And to top it all off, there will be 15th anniversary cake! We look forward to celebrating with you.
