THE NATIONAL COMMUNITY BAND is administered by Gerald Guilbeaux, a Past President of ACB with many years of experience organizing musicians from around the country. Colonel John Bourgeois, Director Emeritus of the United States Marine Band will again conduct the ensemble which will be hosted by The Tennessee Wind Symphony of Knoxville, Tennessee.
