For those of you that are new to this, the Scarehouse is our annual Halloween themed protection dog competition. We will also be doing other dog sports around the event (dock diving and lure course) and have dog based vendors and food.
The protection portion is split into 3 groups: A, B, and C.
Group A is meant for seasoned dogs and handlers who are competing for the cash and glory of being champion. Heavy pressure is coming.
Group B is a training group. The entirety of the Scarehouse is open to Group B, but there is no judging. We talkin bout practice!
Group C is for funsies. Group C is a walkthrough for the public and/or young dogs for desensitization in a unique environment. There is no judging in Group C.

🔹 Friday, October 24th – Decoy Competition
🔹 Saturday, October 25th @ 10AM – Handler Competition
🔹 Sunday, October 26th @ 10AM – The Championship 🏆

✨ PLUS – On Sunday, all decoys will also be offering private training sessions!

📝 If you would like to register for the event, please email [email protected] with the subject line “Scarehouse Registration” and include your name, dog’s name, Group, and if you are Group B: suit, sleeve, leg, or arm. All registrations will be final on 10/19. No last minute registrations will be accepted.
