About this Event
John Borra is a respected figure in Toronto’s music scene, blending punk’s raw energy with the storytelling traditions of folk, country, and Americana. From his early days in the 1980s underground scene to his solo career, Borra has built a reputation for authenticity and passion, earning critical acclaim with albums like Blue Wine and Cassettes In Common. His latest project, Last Dance at the E Room, is a deeply personal tribute to his late mentor, Peter J. Moore, and the creative space that played a pivotal role in his musical journey.
Local opener Darryl Gould is also an accomplished songwriter, bringing a sharply focussed eye on the world in his songs. This is certainly an afternoon to savour, seats are limited.
