Join us to witness the death of John Barleycorn at the hands of the extraordinary artists behind Whitby Krampus Run! 🌾👹In its fourth year, the event kicks off with a procession up to the brewery from the bottom of the 199 steps from approximately 7.00pm.
Arriving at Whitby Brewery for 7.30pm
This will be followed by a ritual, inspired by ye harvest gods of Olde, where poor John meets his fate!
John Barleycorn Must Die is a unique event that combines revelry and ritual in honour of the humble barley from which beer is made.
