John and Ruth are Executive Overseers of Gateway International Resource Center in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Gateway Int’l is a network of ministries and individuals from around the globe.
Being raised in church and local pastors for over 40 years, now as full-time itinerant ministers, they saw the need for the Church to be transformed and take her intended place on this planet with relevancy and effectiveness. John and Ruth are determined to be a resource to teach and equip for these changing times. Their passion is for the pure Word of God, true worship, and creativity through gifts to be restored to this generation, with signs
following.
As, people of His presence, John and Ruth's hearts are to discover and disciple true sons of God who would answer the cry of creation through intimacy with the Father, living a lifestyle beyond the veil and opening the eyes of their understanding to their eternal purpose.
In 2022, after feeling an urgency and even a mandate, to bring their “temples”, (physical bodies), into order, ensuring their effectiveness going forward. They both embarked on an amazing journey, consecrated to, not only weight loss, but actually total transformation, body, soul & spirit. In addition to their personal health journeys, they have also become Independent Health Coaches with OptaVia, where they are now helping scores of people also align their temples to be strengthened as “Dread Champions”.
John, as well as Ruth, minister in conferences, churches, and seminars speaking and leading prophetic worship, both nationally and internationally.
They reside in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho and have been married 44 years. They have one son and daughter-in-love, one daughter and son-in-love and 8 amazing grandchildren. Family is a huge priority to them, and they believe it is central to who they are. John & Ruth are considered an integral part of their local church, Resolute Ministries, (formerly Gateway CDA), as well as serving on the Apostolic Team of RAIN Ministries, of whom they are ordained and commissioned.
