In today's world, finding a balance between mental and physical well-being can be challenging. This is where JOGA, a combination of journaling and yoga, comes into play. JOGA is designed to align the mind and body, offering a holistic approach to personal wellness. By integrating these two powerful practices, individuals can cultivate a deeper connection with themselves and enhance their overall quality of life.
Adrienne Daniels (@Yogadonefun) will lead you through introductory and expert yoga positions. Marissa Staples (@Viastarr) will provide journals and pens. Please bring your yoga mat and remember to dress comfortably.
Additionally, we will provide ULYPGSO updates at the end of this event so you can know what’s happening and what to look forward to. PLEASE ARRIVE ON-TIME FOR THE EXPERIENCE.
