Good afternoon all..Just to let you all know I will be starting a weekly early morning walk/jog/run and cold water dip.
This will start on Monday the 4th Of March at 6:30 in the morning at Lunderston Bay.
We will meet at 6:30 and either walk, jog or run (at your own pace) (I am a qualified run leader) for 30min, 15min out 15min back. Then we will walk into the Clyde to enjoy the benefit of cold water therapy (we will not go out of our depth). We will be finished by 7:30.
What better way to start your week, be good to yourself and come join me. No need to book just come along, but if you are planning to join me please let me know x
The cost for this will be £5 per week.
