Joe Warner is setting the Bay Area jazz scene on fire. Known for his captivating style and electrifying performances, he's worked as pianist and musical director for legendary vocalist The Dynamic Miss Faye Carol for over 10 years, and leads the charge with his
own Joe Warner Trio while sharing stages and studios with icons like Houston Person, Jeff ‘Tain’ Watts, Mary Stallings, Buster Williams, Billy Hart, Azar Lawrence, and Gary Bartz.
Warner’s deep groove and versatility have also led him to work with not just
jazz royalty but heavyweights like Mistah F.A.B., Bernard Purdie, and Robert Randolph. Whether it’s classic jazz or genre-bending collaborations, Warner’s got the keys to the future.
Las Vegas-based Charles McNeal studied extensively with teachers that include Walt Fowler, Willie Hill, Rich Charluce, Keith Oxman, Ron Miles, Javon Jackson, Nelson Rangell, Brad Leali, and Walter Barr. He has been a featured performer at many national and international festivals, including Monterey Jazz Festival, San Jose Jazz Festival, San Francisco Jazz Festival, Playboy Jazz Festival, Telluride Jazz Festival, Umbria Jazz Festival, and Porretta Soul Festival. He has performed, recorded and/or toured with: Lyle Lovett Large Band, The Headhunters w/Mike Clark and Bill Summers, Jimmy Scott, Charlie Mussellwhite, Keb Mo, John Faddis, Wynton Marsalis, Faye Carol, Leslie Drayton, McCoy Tyner, Boz Scaggs, and Nicolas Bearde, among many others.
Tickets are $25 general admission. Children under 12 are free. Advance tickets are available here, or if the show is not sold out, you may purchase your tickets at the door before the show.
Doors open one half hour before show time. We accept cash or Venmo only at the door.
