About this Event
September 29, 2020 Sutton was diagnosed with Angelman Syndrome, our world was flipped upside down. Angelman Syndrome affects people in many different ways. The most common symptoms include seizures, difficulty sleeping, nonverbal, GI issues, and severe developmental delays.
Sutton is coming up on completing her first full year of school where she receives physical, occupational, and speech therapy. She loves school and has a fellow angel bestie in her classroom (they even have the same birthday)! Sutton has continued to improve, reaching “inchstones” and amazing us every step of the way.
This fundraising page is the foundation to help Sutton reach MILESTONES. Proceeds raised will go towards The Foundation for Angelman Syndrome Therapeutics to continue to fund clinical research and trials to find a treatment. Current clinical trials are showing promising results. Proceeds will also go to the Angelman Syndrome Foundation to help provide support to families, research, clinics, and communities.
