Shinbukan Dojo Bulgaria and The Bulgarian Kendo Federation Invites you to Jodo and Iaido seminar that will be held on 1st and 2nd of March 2025 in Sofia (Bulgaria).The seminar will be performed under the direction of Rene van Amersfoort Sensei (Jodo 8 dan Kyoshi, Iaido 7 dan Kyoshi)
The program
Saturday (01/03/2025)
10:00−13:00 – Jodo training *
13:00−14:00 – Lunch break
15:00−18:00 – Iaido training **
20:00 – Sayonara party
Sunday (02/03/2025)
09:30−12:30 – Jodo training *
12:30−13:30 – Jodo examinations till 1 dan
13:30−14:30 – Lunch break
15:00−18:00 – Iaido training **
18:00−19:00 – Iaido examinations till 3 dan
* Jodo trainings will be performed in 18th Secondary School “William Gladstone” (big sport hall), 68 Pirotska Str.! In case of changing the sport hall all participants will be notified in advance!
** Iaido trainings will be performed in “Overgas Arena” sport hall – Sofia, Mladost 2.
For participants from the country and abroad we can recommend a hotel!
Please confirm your participation for the seminar till 18 February 2025!
All participants from foreign countries who will take examinations have to be registered by their national federations via EKF electronic system (EKF website) till 18 February 2025!
Participation fee:
140 lv. or 70 euro (for the whole seminar) or 80 lv. or 40 euro (only for Jodo or Iaido trainings)
Examination fee:
1 dan – 15 euro (grading fee) + 20 euro (register fee)
2 dan – 20 euro (grading fee) + 30 euro (register fee)
3 dan – 30 euro (grading fee) + 50 euro (register fee)
