My birthday falls on a Saturday this year, so I'm gathering together some of my favorite local bands/friends for a rock n roll party! Would love to see you all there!
All We Have Is Now from Lopez Island will kick off the festivities at 830. They come highly recommended to me and am anxious to see them myself!
I've known a couple of the Rankin Crow fellas since high school. Very dear friends who play a brand of music I love, and rumor has it they will have a special guest among them.
I would never leave out good pal, and my podcast partner Peter Tietjen . His band Shapes Of Things will follow, featuring multi- talented singer/songwriter TJ Cope, and bassist extraordinaire Cameron Arnesone.
And this party wouldn't be complete if the legendary Jodie Watts( a band, not a person) wasn't included. This band is FUN, period.
