The Staff Compensation Structure Project has led HR to create a new job description template and discontinue the use of the Position Evaluation Questionnaire (PEQ). Please join the Human Resources Department to learn how to use the new job description template, best practices in creating a job description, and key considerations to keep in mind. *This training is intended only for those that supervise other staff positions. If you are interested in this training but do not currently have staff reporting to you, please reach out to the Human Resources inbox to discuss alternative options*
