Opening The Future contributes to the dialogue about posthumanism and shaping an exponential future.
The project integrates with the concept of human enhancement technologies, an application of revolutionary method for genome editing, the ideas of Elon Musk and Raymond Kurzweil.
The technology evolution implies the emergence of new definition of what is human. The body becomes a symptom of the unnatural, edited and superior life form. The aim is exploring new posthuman figurativeness and projecting the role of artist towards redefining life.
